1. Warranty

Lusine’s offers a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise during normal use. The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects, including issues related to the craftsmanship of the jewelry. Accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care are not covered under this warranty.

All items are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure there are no existing damages or defects, such as dents, cracks, chips, or scratches on the metal or stones. We take care to ensure the structural integrity of each piece. However, different stones have varying hardness levels and should be protected from contact with hard surfaces to avoid scratches or cracks.

Jewelry is delicate and requires careful handling. Avoid applying pressure to thin or decorative parts of the piece. Exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaning agents, or immersion in any chemical solutions will void the warranty. We are happy to provide care recommendations for different metals and gemstones. For example, silver naturally develops a patina over time, and white gold is usually rhodium-plated, which may wear off and require reapplication to maintain its shine.

2. Maintenance

We offer free cleaning and light polishing services to maintain the appearance of your jewelry.

For the removal of deep scratches or significant wear, we offer machine polishing and rhodium plating as paid services. This helps restore the original shine of your jewelry.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to sending items for maintenance or repair.

3. Repairs

If your item has a defect covered by our warranty, we will repair it free of charge. This includes any manufacturing defects that occur within the warranty period.

For intentional or accidental damage not covered by the warranty, we offer a full range of paid repair services. This includes repairing any damage caused by improper care or handling. Our Support Service will assess the condition of the item and provide you with a detailed estimate for the necessary repair work or services.

All shipping costs and any applicable customs duties for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
