Each piece in our collection is crafted with love and precision, making every item unique and often one-of-a-kind in both design and size. Once a piece is sold, it cannot be reproduced in exactly the same way; however, we will do our best to find similar gemstones and create a piece with as close an appearance as possible. This is why we manually process each order.
1. Ordering via WhatsApp
On each product page, there is a “ Ask a Question via WhatsApp” link after the product name – you can place an order or request additional information about the jewelry by contacting us via messenger.
2. Ordering via the “Cart”
You can also use the “ Cart” to contact us about any items you’re interested in, including questions about personalization (e.g., ring size adjustments or engraving). After creating an order, we will contact you, and after confirming availability and discussing any necessary modifications, we will send you the final invoice and provide payment options.
3. Requesting Additional Information
You can also contact our Support Team or use the “ Ask a Question” form via the link after the product description (the answer will be sent to your email).
PRODUCT PERSONALIZATION
Rings, for example, are made to fit your finger size precisely. We provide a size chart to help you determine the perfect fit. If any modifications are required—whether it’s resizing, design adjustments, or other alterations—please note that these changes will require additional time to complete.
Since our jewelry is often made to order or customized to your specifications, production time may vary. For example, resizing a ring (+- 1 size) usually takes 5 business days. We will inform you of the expected completion time for your piece, as well as the shipping cost and estimated delivery time.
4. Scheduling an in-person or video viewing
If you would like to see the piece in person before making a decision, we offer the opportunity to meet with our consultant or arrange a video viewing of the jewelry. This service is available if the item is in stock.
