We strive to ensure that every piece of jewelry you purchase from us meets your expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary. Please carefully read our return policy to understand the conditions under which returns are accepted.
Return Conditions
We accept returns only for ready-made items. Custom-made products or items that have been modified according to the customer’s specifications, such as ring resizing, are not eligible for return.
If you wish to return an item, you must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original condition with no signs of wear. Each item is delivered with attached tags, which must not be removed if you plan to return the product. We conduct a thorough inspection of all returned items, and any signs of use, including scratches, dents, or chips on the metal or stone, will result in the return being refused and no refund issued.
All items are securely packed in bubble wrap and/or sturdy cases to prevent damage during shipping. We only use the most reliable and reputable shipping companies to minimize the risk of damage or loss. Given the quality of our packaging and shipping precautions, any damage incurred during return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. These expenses are non-refundable and will not be covered by us.
Custom-made or modified items according to your specifications are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, ring resizing or changes to design elements upon your request.
