Shipping & Delivery

We primarily ship internationally from Dubai, UAE (where we produce our jewelry) using FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery of your jewelry to the address you specify. However, upon your request, we also offer other shipping options and carriers.

For high-value items, we recommend purchasing additional or third-party insurance to provide extra protection during transit. While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your item, additional coverage can provide peace of mind.

To avoid any disputes, we take detailed videos and photographs of each item before shipment. This documentation serves as a reference to confirm that the product was in perfect condition when it left us.

All shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. After placing your order, we will send you a detailed shipping estimate. Typically, the cost of shipping jewelry internationally is around $200. Please note that shipping within Dubai, UAE is free.

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with the shipping cost. This amount will be included in your final invoice, which will also detail the price of the item, any modifications, and certifications requested by the customer.

The estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is ready to be shipped. Our Support Service will keep you informed of your shipment’s status and provide you with online tracking information.
